The proposed technical solution is based on Outotec’s bubling fluidised bed staged gasification process, and consists of fuel reception, handling and storage, a fluidised bed gasification/combustion system, steam boiler, steam turbine/generator, air cooled condenser, flue gas treatment plant, and stack.
