Runcorn TPS 1 & 2

Fichtner acted as Lenders Technical Adviser, Owners Engineer and CDM Coordinator during phase 1 and phase 2 of the Runcorn Thermal Power Station construction, and are currently providing ongoing operational support.

Peterborough EfW

We acted as Owners Engineer and CDM Principal Designer for this 85,000 tpa EfW plant in Peterborough, generating 7.25MW of electricity.

Mersey Bioenergy CHP Plant

We performed duties under our role as the Lenders Technical Adviser and Owner’s Engineer for the Mersey Bioenergy CHP Plant, in Widnes.

Lynemouth Conversion LTA

As Lenders Technical Adviser, we reviewed and commented on the proposed design for the conversion of Lynemouth coal-fired power station in the north of England to burn ‘black’ wood pellets.

Lisahally Biomass CHP

We acted as Owners Engineer with full time representation, CDM adviser, and Lenders Techincal Adviser, for the development construction and commissioning of this 15 MWe Biomass CHP Plant.

Levenseat EfW and MRF

Having supported the project throughout the development and funding phases, Fichtner is now the Owner’s and Lenders’ Engineer during the construction of Scotland’s first waste sector fluidised bed gasifier.

La Collete EfW – Jersey

We provided technical support and acted as Owner’s Engineer for a new facility on Jersey to replace an ageing asset.

Hoddesdon RDF ATT

We are the Owner’s Engineer and Lender’s Technical Adviser for the 10 MWe Hoddesdon RDF-fired gasification plant in Hertfordshire, which successfully achieved financial close in 2015.

Ferrybridge Multifuel 1

Fichtner provided technical support during the development and construction of the Ferrybridge Multifuel plant including concept design, specification production, and specialist engineering support throughout the construction and commissioning phases.
