Each year, we look to recruit a number of mechanical, aeronautical or chemical engineers through our graduate scheme. The process starts in September of each year and closes as soon as the open positions are filled.

Successful applicants will join us each autumn and will be trained in an initial structured 24 month programme, on the job, by recognised leaders from within our industry. You will learn about the different aspects of capital project development and be encouraged to gain chartered status with the relevant engineering institutions as part of our accredited schemes.
