A huge congratulations to Statera Energy on its acquisition by EQT Infrastructure.
Statera is a key player in the UK’s battery storage and flexible generation sector, with a development track record of 1.1 GW of flexible generation and energy storage in operation and under construction. The portfolio is enough to power over 750,000 homes. Combined with a significant future energy storage and hydrogen project pipeline under development, Statera will play an essential role in helping the UK reach its Net Zero targets. EQT Infrastructure, has agreed to acquire Statera through its EQT Infrastructure VI fund; the deal will provide access to growth capital that will drive further development and deployment of flexible generation in the UK.
