The Fichtner team have been busy visiting university careers fairs over the past week to discuss engineering, consultancy, and all things energy transition as part of our graduate recruitment programme. Each year, we look to recruit a number of mechanical, aeronautical, or chemical engineers through our graduate scheme to support us in delivering projects that pave the way for a sustainable future.

A huge congratulations to Varco Energy on securing a £58 million debt financing facility with Natwest to fund its pipeline of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). Fichtner is delighted to have supported Varco by providing technical advice towards securing this debt financing facility.

Georgina joined us in 2022 as a Chemical Engineer with significant experience working on Energy from Waste and Biomass projects, and in early 2023 was nominated to take on the chair position of the women’s group.
