Lightsource developed a pipeline of Photovoltaic power plants in the UK and engaged Fichtner to provide technical advisory services pre-financial close.

Our roles included the provision of Technical Due Diligence services including:

• review of the project technical design pre/post financial close;
• review of project technical design post construction;
• independent energy yield analysis.

Fichtner has been pleased to support Lightsource in becoming Europe’s largest solar PV developer and operator, with more than 1 Gigawatt of solar projects operational, which generate enough clean energy for over 330,000 local households.
